古筝，弹拨弦鸣乐器，又名汉筝、秦筝，是汉民族古老的民族乐器，流行于中国各地。常用于独奏、重奏、器乐合奏和歌舞、戏曲、曲艺的伴奏。因音域宽广，音色优美动听，演奏技巧丰富，表现力强，而被称为"众乐之王"，亦称为"东方钢琴"，是中国独特的、重要的民族乐器之一。
Guzheng, also known as Han Zheng or Qin Zheng, is an ancient ethnic instrument of the Han ethnic group and is popular throughout China. Commonly used for solo, ensemble, instrumental ensemble, and accompaniment in song and dance, opera, and quyi. Due to its wide range, beautiful and melodious tone, rich performance techniques, and strong expressive power, it is known as the "King of Music" or "Oriental Piano", and is one of China's unique and important ethnic instruments.
古筝的结构由面板、雁柱、琴弦、前岳山、弦钉、调音盒、琴足、后岳山、侧板、出音口、底板、穿弦孔组成。形制为长方形木质音箱，弦架"筝柱"(即雁柱)可以自由移动，一弦一音，按五声音阶排列。

古筝的统一规格为:1.63米，21弦。古筝的面板大多数采用河南兰考的桐木制造，框架为白松，筝首、尾、四周侧板有红木、老红木(缅酸枝)、金丝楠木、紫檀等名贵木材，古筝的音质取决于面板和琴弦，周边用料对古筝的音色略有改善，以老红泥杆 保定古筝 塑料增韧剂 拱形护坡模具 保定空调维修  托辊生产线木、紫檀、金丝楠木为佳。早期到近代也有过12弦、13弦、18弦、23弦、25弦等，不同地区的筝又有多种定弦法，筝的新种类还有"蝶式筝""转调筝"等。
